Information about third-party callers
When your AI assistant answers calls on your behalf, we process information about your callers — including their phone numbers, names, and the content of their conversations — in order to provide the service. You, as the business operator, are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with applicable laws, including any required caller disclosures.

- To generate call summaries, lead records, and notifications on your behalf

- Telephony and AI partners — providers such as Twilio and Vapi that handle call routing and AI voice processing.

5. Call Recordings & Transcripts
Service Relay records and transcribes calls handled by your AI assistant. These recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you and authorized Service Relay personnel. Many jurisdictions require that parties to a phone call be notified of recording. You are solely responsible for configuring any required disclosure to callers (for example, by including a disclosure in your assistant’s greeting). We are not responsible for your compliance with wiretapping or call-recording laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default; you may request deletion at any time from your dashboard settings. Anonymized, aggregated data derived from your account may be retained indefinitely.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. Essential cookies are required for the service to function. Analytics cookies help us understand how users interact with our platform. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect functionality.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any confirmed breach affecting your data as required by applicable law.
